A man was placed under arrest after a stabbing Monday morning.

Port Arthur Police responded to a call of a family disturbance around 10:22 a.m. in the 2200 block of Wignall Avenue in the Griffing Park area of town. One male was stabbed and transported to a local hospital and a man was arrested, PAPD Det. Mike Hebert said.

Details were scarce as of Monday afternoon.
