Rachel Brooks Larkins, 77, passed away on Wednesday, July 18, 2018.  She was a native of Sunset, La., before moving to Port Arthur, Texas.

 

She is survived by her two daughters, Donna Mitchell and Jessica Conner; two grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

 

Funeral services will be Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at the God First Missionary Baptist Church beginning at 11 AM. Visitation will be held from 9 AM to service time. Services are entrusted to Hannah Funeral Home, Inc.
