The Texas Department of Public Safety was investigating a two-vehicle fatal crash Sunday night on IH-10 involving a commercial vehicle.

The preliminary crash investigation indicates the crash occurred at bout 10:15 p.m., and involved two vehicles. One fatality was confirmed, DPS said in an issued statement Monday monrning.
