PA’s Deandre Nico to be parade marshal, receive keys to the city

While fans of Port Arthur’s own Deandre Nico are saddened by his loss in NBC’s The Voice, they have reason to rejoice for him.
It has been confirmed through the city of Port Arthur’s that Nico will be this year’s parade marshal for the Annual Lighted Cultural Parade on Saturday.
In addition, Nico will receive the keys to the city after the parade at the pavilion on Procter Street.
The parade is set for 6 p.m. Saturday and begins at 1500 Procter St. and goes down Procter Street to Houston Avenue.
