Ty Terrell Track at Lamar closed to public

Lamar University’s Ty Terrell Track is temporarily closed to the public, the school announced Tuesday.
The facility is undergoing renovations and will be closed until further notice. The track was last resurfaced in 2001 and uses a Monsanto all-weather Astro-Turf facility with a granular surface.
