Olevia Montgomery, of Port Arthur died Friday at St. Elizabeth Hospital. A native of Clark, Louisiana, she was a resident of Port Arthur for 72 years and retired from St. Mary’s Hospital. She was a member of First Christian Faith MBC in Port Arthur and Fellowship MBC in Beaumont, TX.

A visitation is scheduled from 9:00am until 11:00am Saturday at Eastern Star Baptist Church. Funeral service is scheduled for 11:00am Saturday with Reverend Gilbert Collins officiating.   Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.

Survivors include: Daughters Yasmin Montgomery Jerry of Port Arthur and Rosalind G. Dyson of Beaumont, Brother Ovalee Morant of New Orleans, Louisiana, Son-in-Law Rev. John T. Dyson of Beaumont, 1 grandchild Jasmine De’Nae Goudeau of Houston.
