Finally open — Port Arthur Public Library grand reopening packed event

It’s official — Port Arthur Public Library is now open again.
It’s been about 18 months since the library was devastated during Hurricane and Tropical Storm Harvey in 2017.
On Saturday, the library reopened its doors.
