PORT NECHES — Families hit the midway early in the evening on the second day of Port Neches RiverFest on Thursday.

Luke Segura, 5, and his grandmother Kay White hopped aboard the carousel together, riding circles and smiling along with others ride takers.

Antik Salihu and Jayce Wardlow stood in line nearby waiting their turn — Salihu didn’t have a favorite ride yet but he was having fun, he said.

This year Wagner’s Carnival is providing the rides.
