Cleveland Levy Spradley was born December 24, 1951 in Beaumont, TX to the late Standley Spradley and Martha Snowden. Cleveland resided in Port Arthur, TX for 67 years. Cleveland A.K.A. Clee was well known and loved by many. Clee loved to ride his bikes, drive his go-kart and play his old school music as he cruised up and down the streets.

He is preceded in death by his father. He leaves to cherish his memories his mother, Martha Snowden, 2 brothers, Sandley Spradley (Hilda), Lawrence Spradley (Selina), 4 sisters Clara Channel, Rosalind Gail Dailey, Avery Palmer (Joe), and Freda Dailey all of Port Arthur, TX and a host of family and friends.
