Jefferson County indictments 7-11-19

BEAUMONT — A Jefferson County grand jury indicted the following people on Wednesday.
- Justice Paul Choate, 37, of Groves was indicted for bail jumping and failure to appear for an incident that occurred June 26.
- Cody A. Cezar, 27, of Beaumont was indicted for burglary of a habitation for an incident that occurred March 1.
- Rogrick Myron Davis, also known as Rogrick Myron Davis Jr., 32, of Beaumont was indicted for assault-family violence chocking for an incident that occurred June 6.
- Craig Anthony Buchanan, 62, of Port Arthur was indicted for aggravated assault/family violence for an incident that occurred May 25.
- Dwayne Adair, 54, of Beaumont was indicted for failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements for an incident that occurred Feb. 8.
- Dwayne Larue Adair, 54, of Beaumont was indicted for failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements with a prior arrest for an incident that occurred April 2.
- Andres Cruz, 21, of Port Arthur was indicted for assault o a public servant for an incident that occurred June 9.
- Juan Luis Diaz, 41, of Port Arthur was indicted for evading arrest/detention use of a vehicle for an incident that occurred May 12.
- Floyd Harmonson Jr., 40, of Port Arthur was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, phencyclidine, or PCP, for an incident that occurred Oct. 18, 2018.
- Johnny Ray Martin, 46, of Beaumont was indicted for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon for an incident tat occurred June 4.
- Ashlee Renee Mann, 19, of Port Neches was indicted for injury to an elderly individual for an incident that occurred June 4.
- Micah Reagan Moore, 24, of Nederland was indicted for unlawful carrying of a weapon on licensed premises for an incident that occurred May 31.
- Serjio Alejandro Velasquez, 24, of Amarillo was indicted for prohibited substances in correctional facility for an incident that occurred Dec. 20, 2018.
- Christopher Dominique Flanigan, 25m of Beaumont was indicted for unauthorized use of a vehicle for an incident that occurred May 1.
- Gabriel Nolan Huebner, 18, of Nederland was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC in a drug free zone for an incident that occurred Dec. 20, 2018.
- Karen Devon Trahan, also known as Tyler, 32, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, phencyclidine, or PCP, for an incident that occurred Jan. 8.
- Denise Nicole Collins, 42, of Beaumont as indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine for an incident that occurred March 18, 2018.
- Misty D’Ann Brown, 36, of Groves was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine for an incident that occurred Dec. 6, 2018.
- Jaime Cardenas, 29, of Port Arthur was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine for an incident that occurred Oct. 11, 2018.
- Curtis Wayne Collins, 54, of Port Arthur was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred Dec. 25, 2018.
- Jesse Kyle Faircloth, 38, of Groves was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred Oct. 25, 2018.
- Felecia Lynn Fisette, also known as Felicia Fisette Hill and Felicia Fisette, 44, of Groves was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred Jan. 9.
- Buster Hawk Kay, 41, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred Aug. 25, 2017.
- Crystal Louise Jordan, 33, of Port Arthur was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine for an incident tat occurred Jan. 31, 2018.
- Deverne Sentel Robertson, 39, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, for an incident that occurred Jan. 16.
- Blake Michael Smith, 24, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine for an incident that occurred Jan. 18.
- Bobby Lynn Thibodeaux, 28, of Port Arthur was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred Oct. 17, 2018.
