Groves police responded to the following calls from July 10 through July 16

July 10
- A 35 year old man was arrested for outstanding warrants at the corner of 39th Street and Canal.
- A 51-year-old man was arrested in the 3300 block of Twin City Highway for evading arrest and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
July 11
- A 24-year-old man was arrested for driving while intoxicated at West Parkway and Berry.
- A vehicle that was reported stolen was recovered in the 5000 block of 32nd street.
- Fraud was reported in the 3500 block of East Parkway.
- Two criminal trespass warnings were issued in the 5000 block of Monroe.
- Charges were filed for illegal dumping in the 6600 block of 32nd street.
- Criminal mischief was reported in the 1900 Perry.
- A 33-year-old man was arrested for outstanding warrants in the 5100 block of East Parkway.
July 12
- A bullet was fired into a residence and was reported in the 2000 block of Perry Avenue.
- Burglary of a habitation was reported in the 4400 block of Karen.
- Burglary of a habitation was reported in the 6200 block of 25th Street.
- An assault-family violence was reported.
July 13
- A 25-year-old woman was arrested for failing to maintain financial responsibility, and driving while license invalid, and a 28-year-old woman was arrested for outstanding warrants in the 6700 block of Gulfway Drive after a traffic stop.
July 14
- A 25-year-old man was arrested for outstanding warrants in the 3900 block of West Parkway.
- Theft of a self-propelled lawn mower was reported in the 6200 block of Jefferson.
- An assault-family violence report was processed.
July 15
- Assault was reported in the 2000 block of Perry.
- Theft of water service was reported in the 5700 block of Georgia.
- Aggravated assault was reported.
- Theft was reported in the 5000 block of Twin City Highway.

- A 47-year-old man was arrested on parole violation at Main and 39th street.
