Workers continue to dismantle aluminum work Tuesday on the exterior of the former Port Arthur News building on Fourth Street. The building is being renovated for use by Port Arthur municipal government, which will place a command center there, and Lamar State College Port Arthur, which will open a culinary arts program at the site.
