Trunk or Treat set for Wednesday night at Bob Bowers

The Port Arthur Police Department, in conjunction with the Port Arthur Neighborhood Action Council, is helping host a Trunk or Treat event from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Bob Bowers Civic Center, 3401 Cultural Center Drive.
The event is in recognition of a National Night Out police and community partnership.
Other hosts include the Port Arthur Neighborhood Action Council and Port Arthur Fire Department.
The event is open to the community
