Jefferson County indictments for Dec. 11

A Jefferson County grand jury indicted the following individuals this week:

An indictment is not a final conviction of guilt; it is only a ruling by the grand jury that allows the district attorney’s office to proceed with a criminal case.

  • Lively James Stratton Jr., 22, of Beaumont was indicted for capital murder for an incident that occurred Sept. 29.
  • Joshua Lamar Brown, 27, of Port Neches was indicted for aggravated assault-family violence for an incident that occurred Oct. 25.
  • Jaylyn Deshea Wilson, 21, of Beaumont was indicted for aggravated assault for an incident that occurred Oct. 12.
  • Francisco Molina Jr., 57, of Nederland was indicted for engaging in organized criminal activity for an incident that occurred April 15.
  • Ashley Nicole Nunez, 32, of Groves was indicted for engaging in organized criminal activity for an incident that occurred April 15.
  • Jose Muratalla Sanchez, 30, of Port Arthur was indicted for engaging in organized criminal activity for an incident that occurred April 15.
  • Crystal Louise Jordan, 33, of Groves was indicted for engaging in organized criminal activity for an incident that occurred April 15.
  • Moses Benjamin Castillo, 33, of Port Arthur was indicted for engaging in organized criminal activity for an incident that occurred April 15.
  • Trent Dion Land, also known as Trent D. Land, 28, of Newton was indicted for robbery for an incident that occurred Oct. 11.
  • Trent Dion Land, 28, of Newton was indicted for credit/debit card abuse for an incident that occurred Oct. 11.

  • Alexis Nicole Dickson, 26, of Liberty was indicted for felony theft with prior theft convictions for an incident that occurred May 31.
  • Jasiri Wallace Michael Fontenot, 27, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred April 25.
  • Travis Ross Lewis, 36, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred May 30.
  • Nicole Carolynn McDaniel, 28, of Orange was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred June 20.
  • Cristofer Nash, 39, of Orange was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred April 4.
  • John Thomas Anderson Jr., also known as John Thomas Anderson, John T. Anderson, John Anderson and Johnny Thomas Anderson Jr., 61, of Port Arthur was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, hydromorphone, for an incident that occurred March 7.

  • Shawana Marian Anderson, 40, of Port Arthur was indicted for accident involving injury/death for an incident that occurred June 4.
  • Charles Clayton Beard, 24, of Port Arthur was indicted for unauthorized use of a vehicle for an incident that occurred July 31.
  • Rodney Johnson Canady, also known as Rodney Canady, 35, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred July 1.
  • Brandon Elliot Carlton Castille, also known as Brandon Castille and Brandon E. Castille, 33, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, for an incident that occurred July 1.
  • Jan Marie Collier, 60, of Port Neches was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine for an incident that occurred Aug. 1.
