Cha’Kaylin Gilbert was the big winner in The Port Arthur News Holiday Giveaway, which was published in the Nov. 26 edition.

The Port Arthur native correctly counted up and submitted the 132 hidden turkeys.

Her entry was randomly chosen, and she walked away with $250.

Gilbert said her grandmother brought over the newspaper Nov. 26 and she didn’t want to pass up a chance to play.
