Tekoa Academy of Accelerated Studies STEM School has announced that all of its campuses in Port Arthur and Orange will be closed Monday.
The school said in a news release the decision was made “[a]fter much consideration.” The move comes just hours after Nederland and Port Neches-Groves school districts announced their spring break would be extended another week in reaction to coronavirus concerns.
Breakfast and lunches will still be available for Tekoa students to pick up. Students who are unable to pick up their meals are asked to call 409-982-5400.
