Port Arthur and Mid-County could face severe storms on Sunday.

“Damaging winds, hail, lightning and even a few tornadoes will be possible,” Erickson said.

“This scenario is setting up similar to last Sunday (April 12), where the winds were strong all day out of the south, causing minor coastal flooding as well.”
