A violent shooting Friday night left multiple victims with gunshot wounds, according to police.

Authorities said the gunfire took place at 10:23 p.m. Friday at Lakeview Palms Apartments, 5200 Gulfway Drive, leading to multiple 9-1-1 calls.

Sgt. Jonathan Green said Port Arthur Police Department officers arrived and located a male and two females who had suffered gunshot wounds.

The individuals were taken to a local hospital with serious injuries.

PAPD’s Criminal Investigations Division is leading the investigation.
