Kroozin Market No. 2, a convenience store with a fueling station, food and washateria at 5305 Twin City Hwy. in Port Arthur is nearing completion.
An official with the store said it would open in October.
A delay in securing needed building materials pushed the location’s opening into the fourth quarter of 2022.
