Connie Perolio Hayes, 74, passed away at home on November 28^th with her husband at her side.

She is survived by her husband of 52 years Glenn Paul Hayes, two sons Eric Paul Hayes and wife Trina, of Dayton Texas, Jeremiah George Hayes and wife Betsy now of St. John Florida.

Connie was born September 20^th, 1949, in Chesapeake West Virginia to George and Bonnie Perolio.

She lived most of her life in Nederland where was graduated from Nederland High School in 1969.

She then went on to attend Chenier business school in Beaumont.

Connie was a delightful person who made friends everywhere she went.

She enjoyed cooking, art, reading her Kindle, fishing and her cats.

She will be missed by her four grandchildren whom she loved dearly. She was preceded in death by her parents.

There will be a celebration of her life in Nederland on Saturday December 9^th at the Knights of Columbus Hall on Hardy Ave beginning at two pm.

This is a celebration of her life and finger foods will be served. You are welcome to bring a food if you desire.

In lieu of flowers I am asking that a donation be made to your favorite charity in her name.
