Esther Brown, 59 of Port Arthur, passed away December 2, 2023.

She is survived by her father Hence Brown and brother Kenneth Brown(Rhonda).

Services will be Saturday, December 16, 2023. Visitation will begin at 1:30 pm. and services begin 2:00 pm. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses 2615 Memorial Blvd Port Arthur.
