NEDERLAND — The Nederland Police Department is asking for help with a missing person concern.

Police are asking for help locating Ignacio Manriquez, who is known as “Nacho.”

He was born Feb. 1, 1942. He is described by authorities as a Hispanic male, 5’7,” 215 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen at Market Basket in Nederland at approximately 2:15 p.m. on Friday.

He was last seen wearing a Levi’s blue jean jacket, blue jean pants, white tennis shoes, tinted eyeglasses and a brown felt Cowboy hat.

Manriquez is legally blind and walks with a white walking cane.
