The Small Business Development Center at Lamar State College Port Arthur along with the University of Houston Texas Gulf Coast Small Business Development Center Network, a leading business assistance program, is proud to announce exceptional results in its 2022 and 2023 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), with Dana Espinal, Director of LSCPA SBDC emerging as one of the top performers in four categories across the Texas Gulf Coast SBDC Network.
During 2022 and into 2023, the SBDC focused on key metrics that measure its impact, including Total Clients Advised, New Clients Advised, Jobs Created, Economic Capital Creation, and Business Starts.
Among these, Dana Espinal demonstrated exceptional performance, standing out as one of the top performers in three areas – Top Sales Growth (two consecutive years), Jobs Retained and Number of Loans.
