“We’ve been very lucky with the Port Arthur Library and Port Neches Library to be able to set our layout up,” Leslie McMahen, secretary treasurer of the East Texas and Gulf Rail Modelers Association said. “We love to expose the public to the hobby of model railroading.” (Keagan Smith/Port Arthur News)
