Police seek help in finding missing/runaway teen

Port Arthur Police Department is asking the public’s help in locating a missing/runaway teen.

Marleith Acosta Bravo, 16, was last seen at her home at about 11 p.m. July 11.

She is approximately 5-foot tall and weighs about 90 pounds. She has shoulder length brown hair and brown eyes.

PAPD released the information on their Facebook page Monday asking for help finding the teen.

Police ask the public not to assist in harboring a person who is a runaway.

Harboring a minor without the consent of a legal guardian is considered a Class A misdemeanor in Texas and is punishable by “a fine not to exceed $4,000, and/or confinement in jail for a term not to exceed one year.”

People with information on Marleith Acosta Bravo’s whereabouts are asked to call the Port Arthur Police Department at 409-983-8600.
