The name of a man who was found dead behind a vacant building in Port Arthur last week has been released.

Justice of the Peace Joseph Guillory II identified the deceased as Rickey Webb of Port Arthur.

Services for Webb, 47, are pending at Hannah Funeral Home, Inc.

Law enforcement was notified Aug. 19 that a dead person was found behind the now closed Star City Motors LLC, 4040 Gulfway Drive.

Guillory ordered an autopsy. Autopsy results are not yet available.

Foul play is not believed to be a factor in the death at this time, authorities said.
