Charles Lee Harris, Jr. was born in Port Arthur, Texas on April 11, 1946 to the late Charles, Sr. and Hettie Harris. On Sunday morning, December 22, 2024, in Port Arthur, Texas, he transitioned back to his heavenly home. Charles devotion to family and his steadfast belief in God supported him in his struggle and ultimately gave him peace.
