Romel Joseph Mouton was born in Lafayette, La. on July 16, 1956 to the late Wilfred Sr. and Waiver Mouton. On Sunday morning, January 5, 2025 Port Arthur, Texas, Romel entered eternal rest to be with the Lord.
Funeral services will be at 10am Saturday January 18, 2025 at Hannah Funeral Home, Port Arthur, Tx. Visitation will begin at 8am until service time. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park. For additional obituary information visit hannahfh.com.
