Myrtle Perkins celebrated her 100th birthday with a proclamation and key to the city from Port Arthur

Myrtle Perkins celebrated her 100th birthday with a proclamation and key to the city from Port Arthur Mayor Thurman Bartie Monday. 

Perkins was born Feb. 10, 1925 in Louisiana. She has six grandsons, 16 great-grandchildren and 18 great-great grandchildren.
