PORT NECHES — A Port Neches man has died following a go-kart crash that left two children injured. 

Police Chief Cheri Griffith confirmed the deceased is Kevin Frasier, 58. 

Frasier and two children were transported by ambulance to Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont initially. One of the children was transferred to a Houston hospital while the other child remained at St. Elizabeth.

The crash happened at approximately 3 p.m at the corner of Williams and 6th Street.

Griffith said no other vehicles were involved in the incident.
