Active shooter incident reported at Chattanooga naval reserve center

Officials in Chattanooga, Tennessee, are responding to reports of an active shooter at a naval reserve center there.
According to the Times Free Press, at least one officer, was shot and was transported to a hospital Thursday morning.
A worker at a restaurant next to the naval center told CNN she witnessed a man with “a high-powered rifle” fire multiple shots from a silver Mustang into the recruiting offices at the center. Another witness told ABC 9 she heard as many as 30 shots fired before the shooter drove away.
Both the hospital and nearby Chattannooga State Community College were placed on lockdown.
