Theodore Paul Victor, Sr.

Theodore Paul Victor, Sr. was born September 2, 1950 in Port Arthur, TX to the late Mildred Randle-Parker and the late Herman Victor, Sr.  He departed this life at the age of 64 on Monday, July 27, 2015.
He was a member of Rauch Ministries International and a 1969 graduate of Lincoln High School.
He leaves to cherish his memories: sons, Theodore Victor Jr. (Ashante) and John-Clifton Victor; daughters, Felice Victor- Queen (Mitchell) and Marie Victor; sister, Vivian Insell (Harold); brothers, Herman Victor Jr. and Clifton Parker.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 am Saturday, August 1, 2015 at Ruach International Ministries in Port Arthur, TX.
