October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and The Port Arthur News is planning a special section honor breast cancer survivors and pay tribute to those those who have been lost to the disease. There is no charge to include a one-column photograph and a short message in the section. E-mail photos and your message of 30 words or less to panews@panews.com. Please put “breast cancer tribute” in the subject line. You can mail your photo and tribute message or bring them to the new Port Arthur News offices at 2349 Memorial Blvd., Port Arthur, Texas 77640. Because of a change in computer systems, photos from past years are not available and will have to be resubmitted.
