• Keith Rushing, 34, driving while intoxicated with open container
• Hector Galvan, 30, driving while intoxicated
• Alain Adan, 54, assault family violence – impede breathing
• Victoria Eagleson, 30, driving while intoxicated with open container
• Jesus Fuentes, 21, warrant other agency
• Andrew Lakey, 27, violation of a protective order

Dec. 25

• A complainant reported an indecent assault in the 1200 block of N 20th Street.
• A complainant reported a dog bite in the 2700 block of Nashville.
• A complainant reported found property in the 2200 block of Canal.
• A complainant reported assault offensive touch and criminal mischief in the 3600 block of Highway 365.
• A complainant reported a theft in the 400 block of Avenue D.
• Officer took a subject into custody on a mental commitment in the 1400 block of N 20th Street.

Dec. 26

• Officer took a subject into custody on a mental commitment in the 3600 block of Avenue H.
• A complainant reported assault offensive touch – family violence in the 1000 block of Avenue B.

• A complainant reported criminal mischief in the 2400 block of Avenue A.
• Officer took a subject into custody on a mental commitment in the 1400 block of S 14th Street.

Dec. 29

• Officer arrested a subject for driving while intoxicated with an open container in the 1400 block of S Highway 69.
• A Complainant reported theft of a firearm, burglary of a vehicle and assault causes bodily injury – family violence in the 2300 block of Helena.

Dec. 30

• Officer arrested a subject for assault family violence – impede breathing / circulation in the 1600 block of Highway 365.
• A complainant reported credit card or debit card abuse in the 1800 block of Highway 365.
• Officer arrested a subject for assault causes bodily injury – family violence in the 900 block of Avenue B.

Dec. 31

• Officer arrested a subject for driving while intoxicated with an open container in the 1100 block of N Twin City Highway.
• Officer arrested a subject on another agency’s warrant in the 100 block of N 17th Street.
• Officer arrested a subject for violation of a protective order in the 2500 block of Avenue B.
