A 25-year-old Port Arthur man was sentenced to 25 years in prison after pleading guilty to aggravated sexual assault of a child.

Eric Wade Wisenbaker was originally charged with continuous sexual abuse of a child in 2021.

On Monday he pleaded guilty to the lesser charge in Criminal District Judge John Stevens’ court.
