Groves Police Department officers made the following arrests and responded to the following calls from March 6 to March 12:
March 6
- Elzis Duncan, 31, was arrested for no operator/ driver’s license in the 1800 block of MainHHh.
- An assault was reported in the 5300 block of Gulfway Drive.
March 7
- A dog at large was reported in the 6900 block of Howe Street.
March 8
- An evading arrest/detention report was filed at the 2500 block of Angelle Drive.
- A theft was reported in the 7000 block of 39th Street.
March 9
- Hebert James III, 35, was arrested for public intoxication in the 5400 block of West Parkway.
- A reckless damage or destruction / duty on striking unattended vehicle was reported in the 2000 block of Main.
- An assault was reported in the 6400 block of Madison.
- Criminal mischief was reported in the 3200 block of Graves.
- Burglary of a vehicle was reported in the 6200 block of Jefferson.
- Burglary of a building was reported in the 6100 block of Gulfway Drive.
March 10
- An assault was reported in the 5200 block of Delilah Court.
March 11
- Michael White, 22, was arrested for disorderly conduct- for a lewd or unlawful purpose in the 3800 block of Charles.
- A theft was reported in the 4500 block of Clermont.
- Disorderly conduct for a lewd or unlawful purpose was reported in the 3700 block of Doyle.
- Criminal mischief was reported in the 2800 block of Terrace.
- A theft was reported in the 4800 block of Bellaire.
March 12
- Robert Dixon Jr., 36, was arrested for warrants in the 3300 block of Pure Atlantic Road.
- Burglary of a building was reported in the 6000 block of Monroe.
- An information report was taken in the 5400 block of Lana Lane.
- Deadly conduct discharge of firearm / cruelty to non livestock animals was reported in the 5300 block of Gulfway Drive.
- Failure to Comply with Registration Requirements was reported in the 4500 block of Lee.
