Ashley Lesha Barideaux Prevost passed away March 17, 2024 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, Tx.

Ashley was a native of Port Arthur, TX. At an early age, Ashley accepted Christ.

While attending Seventh Street Baptist Church, she served as an usher, participated in the choir and was on the praise dance team.

Ashley was a 2007 graduate of Memorial High School where she was a member of the Marching Flames and the National Honor Society.

Ashley was employed by KFC as a shift manager.

Homegoing services are scheduled for Saturday, March 30, 2024 at Salem Baptist Church, 1601 6^th Street, Port Arthur, TX, with Reverend Michael R. Woods officiating.

Visitation is from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. and services begin at 1:00. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.

Ashley was preceded in death by her grandparents. She is survived by her father, Thaddeus Barideaux, Sr. of Dallas, TX; her mother and father in love, Debra and Hampton (Troy) Cain Sr.of Port Arthur, TX; and bonus mother Sheree Barideaux of Kingwood, TX; her 3 children, Janiya Barideaux, Deshavon Jones and Breanna Jones, all of Port Arthur, TX; great-grandparents, Clarence Prevost Sr., and Gladiola Simpson of Port Arthur; special uncle Coy Prevost (Kristie) of Pearland, TX; special aunt: Arnelle Prevost (Darrell) of Port Arthur; 4 sisters: Shadasha Barideaux (Kendrick), Ke’Ara Landry of Port Arthur and Taylor Jones (Shawndrick) of Kingwood, TX; Ayahna Jones of Houston, TX; 4 brothers, Deonta Barideaux (Chasadi), Artest Cain of Port Arthur, Thaddeus Barideaux, Jr. of Kingwood, TX and Hampton Cain Jr. of Houston, TX; godparents, Michael Keal Sr. and Pernell Sinegal, several nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
