Groves Police Department officers made the following arrests and responded to the following calls from May 1 to May 7:
May 1
- Shanna Tolar, 55, was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 6900 block of 39th Street.
- Shelia Lee, 66, was arrested for criminal trespass in the 5100 block of East Parkway.
- Dorian Williams, 25, was arrested for fail to identify in the 3900 block of Twin City Highway.
- Criminal mischief was reported in the 4200 block of Main Avenue.
May 2
- Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon was reported in the 6800 block of Terrell.
- Burglary of a vehicle was reported in the 3700 block of Pure Atlantic Road.
May 3
- An information report was filed at the 3700 block of Hayes.
- Duty on striking unattended vehicle was reported in the 6500 block of Verde.
- An information report was filed at the 3700 block of Graves.
May 4
- Crystal Buitron, 47, was arrested for public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 6600 block of Terrell.
- A dog bite was reported in the 3000 block of Oak.
- A theft was reported in the 3700 block of Suncrest.
May 5
- Victoria Martinez, 27, was arrested for public intoxication and assault in the 2700 block of Magnolia.
- Daleon Sinette, 32, was arrested for public intoxication and assault in the 2700 block of Magnolia.
- Joshua Semien, 30, was arrested for public intoxication and fail to identify in the 2700 block of Magnolia.
May 6
- A theft was reported in the 5000 block of Twin City Highway,
May 7
- Richard Achord III, 51, was arrested for warrants in the 4700 block of Twin City Highway.
- James Sanders, 43, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance in the 6400 block of 39th Street.
- Mitchell Brown, 28, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and unlawfully carrying a weapon in the 3500 block of East Parkway.
- An information report was filed at the 5000 block of Twin City Highway.
- Tampering with government record was reported in the 4200 block of Main Avenue.
