Port Arthur Rotary awards 22 local scholarships

The Port Arthur Rotary held its annual Scholarship Banquet at the Carl Parker Center on the campus of LSCPA.

Committee Co-Chairs are Carolyn J. Brown and Delilah Francis.

This year’s motto is a quote from Benjamin Franklin, “An education is the investment with the greatest returns.”

To be considered, students must apply through their counselors.

Freeman, Wilson Early College HS; Evelyn Hernandez, Bob Hope HS; Melissa M. Lopez, Wilson Early College HS; Julian Medina, Bob Hope HS; Hayden Mosley, Wilson Early College HS; Silvia Munoz, Wilson Early College HS; Andy Nguyn, Wilson Early College HS; Jaden Nguyen, Wilson Early College HS; Mia Paddio, Wilson Early College HS; Roniel Saavedra, Bob Hope HS; Jackeline J.
