Rotary District Governor Doris Lockey, center, of the Lake Conroe Rotary Club visited the Rotary Club of Port Arthur last week, where she was presented a Monroe Fellow, a $300 investment that will be split between Rotary programs, scholarships and the Museum of the Gulf Coast. Assistant District Governor Bobby Simon of Nederland, left, and Port Arthur Rotary President Libby Arnold, made the presentation to Lockey.
