Martha Elizabeth Lowe “Beth” Hoffpauir was born in Kelso, WA to Grace “Tad” & Edward Lowe on Aug. 19, 1938 and went to be with our Lord & Savior on Feb. 11, 2016.
Beth is preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband Roger Hoffpauir of Port Arthur, TX, a sister Barbara Ann “Bobbi” Herriford of Washington.  Children: Scott (Phyllis) Hoffpauir of Port Neches, Tracey (David) Miller of Houston, Liz (Lew) Sheffield of Nederland, Chris (Karen) Hoffpauir of Nederland. 11 Grandchildren, 11 Great-Grandchildren, Numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and all of her “adopted family”.
She was raised in Washington State, graduated in 1956 from Kelso High School, moved to Seattle WA where she & Roger met.  They married Oct. 19, 1956, they have resided in several states.  She graduated from the University of Oregon in 1971.
Beth retired from the State of Texas Employment agency after years of service.
Beth’s “Celebration of Life” service will be Sunday, February 21st at Wesley United Methodist Church, 3515 Helena Ave, Nederland, TX  77627. Visitation is from 1:00- 2:00 PM, followed by the Service at 2:00 PM. Please join us in the celebration of her life and what she meant to all of us.
