The Professional Kayak Anglers Association, Port Arthur Convention and Visitors Bureau and Mid-County Ram will present the inaugural Elite Kayak Series Open, with weigh-ins Friday and Saturday at the dealership, 8181 Memorial Blvd. Activities begin at 1 p.m. with weigh-ins starting at 3 p.m. both days.
