JANICE TODORA ON BOWLING: Barnes leads way for senior ladies

I don’t know. This column has lost count, but senior lady bowler Alice Barnes is leading the way once again this week.
Currently at the top of her game, Alice, bowling in the Monday night Valero league led the senior ladies by bowling games of 159-221-202 for a sweet 582.
Fun Bowlers produced the top senior male bowler as Bill White decided to show up and fire games of 226-278-200 for a nice 704 set.
Our Saturday morning youth bowlers were led by Brandon Bertrand. Brandon cranked out a first game of 278 followed by games of 183 and 188 for an impressive 649 series.
The top bowlers of the week came out of the Thursday night Energy Country Ford/Allstate League. RaeAnna Todora led the women as she shot games of 215-245-191 for a 651 set. Tyler Combs led all bowlers this week as he crushed the lanes to the tune of 268-234-243 for a 745 series.
