Here’s hoping everyone had a happy Thanksgiving. I’m sure several of you bowlers have a lot to be thankful for.

Three hundreds led the way this week in the Thursday night Energy Country Ford/Allstate. First, Chris Rhodes began the night with his 14th career 300 as he hammered out games of 300-228-249 for a big 777 series to lead all bowlers this week.

Jonathan Martin finished his night with 12 shots in the pocket as he shot games of 233-213-300 on his way to a nice 746 set. Sami Jo Williams led all the women this week as she rolled games of 270-231-213 onto a 714 series.

Our senior bowlers of the week were led by none other than Alice Barnes. Alice, bowling in the Monday night Valero League, hammered out games of 245-158-188 onto a 591 set. Golden Oldies produced the top senior male bowler as Rick Hermsen fires games of 263-224-212 to a 699 series.

Now that Thanksgiving has passed, we look for the man in the jolly red suit. Remember our military and those not as fortunate as we are this holiday season.
