Brad David Guilbeaux, 47, Port Neches, Texas, died Feb. 23, 2017. Arrangements are with Levingston Funeral Home.

Paul Wayne Davis, 68, of Port Neches passed away on Thursday, Feb. 23, 2017 at his residence, at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home in Groves.

Jesse Tommy Byars, Sr., 88, of Beaumont, died Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2017. Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont.

Margie N. Morris, 65, of Port Arthur died Thursday, Feb. 23, 2017. Funeral arrangements are pending at Gabriel Funeral Home.

Charles “Chuck” Dowd, Jr., 76, Port Neches, Texas, died Feb. 12. Levingston Funeral Home, Port Neches, is handling the arrangements.
