Emma LaDonna Harrison 36 of Beaumont, TX was called home to be with the Lord on Friday, April 14, 2017 after sudden illness.
Services will be Apr. 22, 2017 at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church 3920 W. Cardinal Dr. Beaumont. Visitation will begin at 11AM until funeral at 1PM.
Emma was born on July 29, 1980 in Port Arthur, Texas to the marital union of Eugene Aaron Harrison and Carolyn Brent Harrison.
Emma was educated in the Port Arthur Independent School District and was a 1998 Honor Graduate of Abraham Lincoln High School graduating with a 5.0 GPA. While there she was involved in the Summit Program, The National Honor Society, Honey Bee Drill Team, The Lincoln High School Choir and she was also a 1998 Delta Sigma Theta, Inc. Cotillion Belle and a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Debettes. Emma attended Lamar University studying nursing but received her Vocational Nursing Certificate from Vista College in 2015. She immediately passed her state board examination and became licensed with the State of Texas as an LVN. Emma was employed as the office nurse in the Beaumont location of Southeast Texas Nephrology Associates.
She was blessed with one daughter who was the absolute love of her life….Anaiya-Kaye Adele Harrison. She was preceded in death by both her maternal and paternal grandparents and her twin siblings Janene and Eugene, Jr. She leaves to cherish her loving memory and laughter, her precious daughter, Anaiya-Kaye; Her parents, Eugene Harrison of Port Arthur, TX and Carolyn Brent Harrison of Beaumont, TX; Beloved Sisters: Petoria Kaye Bell of Beaumont, TX; Gynetreia Mulberry of Euless, TX and Raquel Harrison-Hardy (Kelvin of Bedford, TX; Beloved brother, Tenoah E. Williams of Port Arthur, TX; the joys of her heart….nephews Christopher Bell, Michael Mulberry, Sean Hardy and niece Raquel Ari Hardy. She also leaves a numerous amount of other beloved family members and special friends. Proctor’s Mortuary Beaumont, Tx will handle the services.
