Clayton Junious Simon

Clayton Junious Simon, 63, of Port Arthur, Texas passed away on October 11, 2017.  He was born January 19, 1954 in Franklin, Louisiana to the late Albert & Mary Simon.  He attended Lincoln High School, then later joined the US Army, where he earned the rank of Specialist 5.

Clayton is survived by his wife Gwendolyn; son, Clayton III; daughters, Toya and Tiffany; 8 grandchildren, Mya, Davien, Janiyah, Ariyanah, Chase, Christopher, Vonesha and A’Miracle.  He also leaves brothers Donald Sr., Billy, Albert and Jeffery; sisters Robin, Tina and Michelle; godson Patrick Chaney; and a host of dear and loving family members.

Funeral service will be 9 a.m. Saturday, October 21, 2017 at St. James Catholic Church with visitation from 8 a.m. until service time.  Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.
