Lamar State College Port Arthur, citing low water pressure in the city of Port Arthur, closed the campus Thursday morning.

A college spokesman said restrooms and potable water were unavailable on campus.

“We will reopen the campus when conditions allow,” the spokesman said in an issued statement.
