Port Arthur Police reported that a 15-year-old was grazed by a bullet at Avery Trace Apartment complex on FM 365  just before 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Earlier this week it was reported that off-duty officers would provide security at the complex and it is believed that there was an officer at the complex when the shooting occurred.

The teen’s condition was not unknown.
