Port Arthur shooting victims decline to press charges

Two gunshot victims are declining to press charges after an incident at Port Arthur Townhomes on Friday night.
The victims, both men, are expected to recover, Port Arthur Police Deputy Chief Martin “Bubba” Blitch, said.
Port Arthur Townhomes is located at 3500 Turtle Creek Drive.
